I hope you have not watched horror movies lately. If so, that would only mean it is a play back of what you watched. (media effect)
However, having your eyeball falling out in dream could mean you overlook something in life and because of that you are losing control. Eyes are the vision and sould of the body. If you forsee yourself having eyeballs coming out, that is a symbol of losing control and most likely you are affected by things you miss and neglect about.
