Mikira - "Yes I still like him, because he sticks to his ideas, even against heavy opposition."

So you liked Hitler then?

"Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. ...Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." - Hermann Goring

To the idiot directly above me - tax cuts don't work if you don't balance the budget. If you're an idiot like Bush and generate absurd amounts of debt, then tax cuts don't work. Ever hear of interest payments?

No, no. There are still many people who like him. D Rumsfeld was liking him very much, untill recently. Colin Powel liked him very much (till he left his job). Cheney loves him so much that I heard he is persuading him to go hunting with him. The First lady has not filed any divorce papers. And then his father is there, who just said his son is a honest man. (I thought only Bush Jr is allergic to truth, but it appears to be hereditary.) And finally, Bush Jr himself. He loves himself greatly. Otherwise, if it were anybody else, he would have committed suicide for killing about 3000 of our best soldiers for no reason.

Never liked him.

I find it amusing that the bulk of the people on here that like him seem to be saying, "No matter how much proof there is that what he is doing isn't working, he sticks to it." Wouldn't that be the actions of a moron?

As for the IQ noter above, how do you know everybody's IQ? For the record, mine has tested between 145 and 160, and I think he is a complete idiot.

I've never liked him. He's completely untrustworthy, I've always thought he was a liar. Never voted for the dumbass. He's Cheney and friends' b*tch. He does NOT have the best interests of America at heart. He only cares about what's going to keep him and his family and friends on top.

I am sure there are still people willing to follow him over the cliff. Just don't look up for a rope while you are falling.

hey mikira

you mean like the "heckofva job in new orleans", or "rumsfeld will stay until his term is finished in 08"....then resigns 3 days later.........want more?

bush is a phoney two faced lying weasel, and anyone who supports him is announcing they are not to be taken seriously

It seems no one likes him because you listen to liberals in the media who hate him.

I agree with about 70% of what he does.

1. Tax cuts work.
2. Fighting terrorists head on. We do need to fight to win in Iraq.
3. He is a decent man

He is dead wrong on amnesty for illegals.

I like him because he stands for everything I believe in and protects my interests but I have to admit the war in Iraq came out the wrong way.

I seem to be one of the few left. If he could run for a third term I would vote for him again. I like that he doesn't back down when all the left wing whack jobs try and tear down ever thing he does whether it's right or wrong, good or bad. He has a backbone.
