Doubt we will ever know where it went,Politicians are all the same,once elected they forget the propmises the made.When you consider the government is spend billions on the war in Iraq and for welfare for illegal immigrants,$9 billion seems like small change to them.

It will be interesting. I hope Pelosi keeps her promise and makes this congress transparent. I hope they keep the pressure on this subject. Regardless of what anyone thinks, this is an importnat issue! It's mine and your money!! We need to make sure it is being spent wisely.
