If by PC you mean a personnel computer ruining the Windows operating system, then you can't. Final Cut is a Mac OSX program.

Final Cut Pro is a program produced by Apple for their line of computers, which run Mac OS X (pronounced Mac OS Ten).
Even if there was a reliable Mac OS X emulator for PC (there isn't and PearPC requires messing with disc images and processors) that would let you run Mac OS X, you'd still have to buy a copy of the operating system, and Final Cut Pro - and it would run so slowly it'd be more like a crawl; in quicksand.
There are alternatives that are available for the Windows platform, such as Avid products (http://www.avid.com/products/video/editing-finishing.asp)
and Adobe products (http://www.adobe.com/motion/).
The answer to "How can I get Final Cut Pro to work on my PC?" is "You can't", or at least, not at a speed which would be any good for video work - you'd get about 0.25 frames per second.
Hope that helps,
