The British burnt it in the War of 1812, which is when during repairs they decided to paint it "white". It may not have been very friendly, but tehnation survived and hit back hard, then went a century later to help that very nation survive, not one but two world wars. Even if they killed the President, VP, and others, this nation will survive, it's government will survive, as Winston Churchill said: "We have not come all this way across great oceans, mountains and deserts, because we are made of cotton candy." But attacking us, is a very poor plan if you wish to survive.

I understand certain words can trigger a response, so you might get more attention than you had hoped for. It would be nice to think that not only the White House will be spared, but also every other building in the world. Wouldn't it be great if peace broke out somewhere? Maybe even in time for Christmas?
