2006 passed by quickly and wonderfully. Quit my job and enjoyed the early part of the year just resting and went on a relaxing trip with my boyfriend.
Starting doing exactly what I wanted for work, which is freelance writing, and absolutely loving it in spite of earning less than my previous (crappy) job.
Was accepted into a theatre training programme I really wanted and have spent this glorious year with loads of exposure in performing. Made wonderful friends who love the same things I do and who bring out the best in me. Also found a superb singing teacher who finally helped me improve my voice.
So this year is the first time EVER I find myself very happy with my life and doing all the things I love - and making enough money while I'm at it. Life's not perfect, but I'm happy.
My boyfriend also quit his horrid old job and found a great new one, and he's much happier - hence, I'm happy for him too.
So that's 2006 for me - supremely happy.

A Lot better than 2005, that's for sure...
New Girlfriend... New concerts to play in... More music to learn... More friends... Realizing who really cares about me, and who really deserves to be called MY FRIEND!!!...
That's what 2006 brought to me!! And we still have DECEMBER left!! So keep it up!!

Overall a big learning experience, I got layed off and realized that a college degree doesn't really mean anything nowadays.

Yeah, I suppose a college degree doesn't mean much when you can't even spell..."layed???"
Can't wait until you get out into the job market. Better hope Starbucks is hiring.

Mine was wonderful!! I met the man of my dreams. Well I have known him since high school, but he found me on myspace, and we have been together every since.
Also My son is heathy and getting so big!!
So this year has been a good one for me.

It went fast.
I didn't accomplish all that I wanted.
I had some setbacks.
