Usually any jewelry store will sell them seperately. Also if you are really in a crunch, cut off a piece of a pencil eraser and stick it in the stud!

Here's a place you can order them online in 2 sizes. I usually cannot find gold or gold filled for less than $25 each, (not pair), in jewelery stores, etc. Most department stores do not sell gold, only stainless steel or cheap gold plate. Gold filled is inexpensive, and will last as long as real gold. Gool Luck.

Hi - I make jewelry & you can find all kinds of replacement parts at your local craft store. I live in Dallas & get them at Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
