Everyone becomes overloaded when stressed which makes us forget everything.

Your obviously anxious about something and you need to deal with that, by talking to someone.

If you anxiety increases you may have to take some medication, but I only suggest this if it's a short term thing while you are dealing with the problem.

People can get stressed at any age, and being a young adult is probaly the most stressful time in your life.

Good Luck

For one thing...take a deep breath from your nose, hold it in for a few moments then let it out through your mouth. Do this three more times and you should feel a little bit better. Now for the things that are stressing you out. Is it school related stress, stress from the friends, stress from the family? If it is school related stuff lets say trying to get homeworks done then try to get projects done sooner that way you arent left last moment to get everything done. Or is it the school related stress of finding a college and what on earth you are going to be studying or what you want to do for a living. Remember you are still young and have lots of time to find out what you want to do. Think about the kind of things you like to do and do research on jobs. Remember college students alot of times change their major three to four times before they decide on something. Just remember whatever it may be that you are stress over that everything is going to be ok. Everything always works out in the end

you are absolutely stressed. New school, friends,etc... Try to do things that might help burn some of that stress. Exercise, listen to music, anything that lifts you up. In time all of this stress will be gone. New stress will develop and you will have learned a great way to cope with it.

if you have changed school you are going to be a little stressed, you probably forgot things in the past but not realised it as you didn't feel stressed.
once you settle in you will not be as stressed and things won't seem as stressful.
I'm 25 and i am always forgetting things!

deep breaths hun, and jot everything down in a notepad, we all get like this at some stage! it's probably just anxiety at the thought of starting a new school, calm yourself down hun, and stop stressing, you'll be fine, and hope all goes well at your school and u get settled.

You need to learn to relax - how about meditation classes or yoga? Or maybe increasing your exercise level - running or swimming regularly?
