Try and do something once a week that you've never done before or something that you wouldn't normally do. Maybe find out about a local club - of ANY description even if you think you won't enjoy it. You never know, you might do and if not, at least you'll have something to talk about in an "oh you'll never guess what I did last night" scenario. Keep a diary of all the new things you've done and in low times it'll give you something to look back on and chuckle over wondering whatever possessed you to do that?

Say good morning to at least one stranger you pass in the street every morning and keep score of how many say it back, how many smile and how many funny looks you get... Could be interesting...

Hope to help,
Storm x.

Little things can make a big difference

Change your route to work, where you eat lunch, go for a run or a walk in your lunch break.

Join a choir or a sports team. Turn off the PC or the TV in the evening and read a book or go out instead.

At the weekend get a cheap day return ticket to a place you've never been and explore it.

Grow a plant. Make a collage. Compile a calendar for next year with your photos or artwork. Learn to cook. Or a new language.

Lots of choices out there....

The simplist answer is make changes. Move somewhere else. Take a different job. Meet different people. Take on new hobbies. Go outside of your comfort zone.

Make a list of all of the things you want to do or experience before you die and start doing them.
