Stop feeling guilty, this is a happy time in your life. Tell your coworkers and let them share in your joy. They will understand that you're at a crossroad in your life that is taking you elsewhere, but don't burn the bridge with them by hiding it and then sneaking out. You might need them again one day. Just tell them the truth, this is nothing to hide and be ashamed up. Shout it from the roof and celebrate. If they're really that upset about you leaving, 1: take it as a complement to your work and 2: if they can't be happy for you then it's probably not the people you want to be working with anyway. Congrats on the wedding, I wish you luck and many years of happiness
