ok well my cousin had probation and they told him he could not get a tattoo but they never told him why he couldnt. Soooo he wants a new tattoo .
p.s. i dont do drugs... maybe weed

Are you kidding? Tattoos and drugs are two different things. So to answer your question it is a NO.

no it does not. ive aready done that before it doesnt do anything at all the ink may get into your blood stream but it doesnt show up as drugs it doesnt show up at all.
