My 2nd child is 6 months old now, and since last night has been cranky cranky cranky. She barely slept last night, and isn't eating well (bottle). I dont feel any teeth coming in although for a few months now she loves to chew, drool and have her gums rubbed. weird thing is that her eyes are watery and now have a little bit of green stuff showing up. she felt a little warm last night, but not warm enough to harrass her with a thermometer. is she just teething? that wouldnt explain her eyes would it?

That has all the symptoms of teething. You might not be able to feel them yet, but that doesn't mean she can't. The eye thing probably doesn't have anything to do with it. She probably got some germs in her eyes and the green stuff is produced because that's from her eyes fighting the infection.

Everything but the eye part sounds normal - could be teething, she could just not feel well. However, the watery eyes and green stuff may be symptomatic of a sinus infection. Our son's eye got swollen and we thought it was an allergic reaction. Turns out, it was a sinus infection. Our Dr said if the infection gets behind the eye it can cause the eye to protrude and requires hospitalization.
Your pediatrician should really be available to field these questions for you. Ours is very busy but ALWAYS returns our calls (even after hours) to answer our questions. I'd call back and make an appointment. If you don't get an appointment today, I'd suggest taking her to urgent care.

If she has green stuff in your eyes she has some type of infection and should probably be on a antibiotic. You should try to get her in to the doc today and get her started. Also when my daughter is teething I sometimes give her benedryl at bedtime to help her sleep. She's 9 mths now and has 2 teeth but starting drooling, etc @ 6mths. Anbesol or something like that is good for their gums too.

extra valuable than suggestion from us...I advise you flow on-line to Google and seek for for potty and puppy practise. There are some very low-value books that are very powerful. interior the period in-between take the domestic dogs to a similar spot anytime once you believe they ought to flow. when they eat, time how lengthy in the previous they ought to flow and use that as your handbook. undergo in concepts...continually to a similar spot(take them there on your palms so as that they don't initiate in the previous they get to the spot or area. try this diligently and be continual. If there is an twist of destiny, thoroughly sparkling the spot. finally they are going to comprehend whats occurring and could be at liberty to manage. purely you'll make the adaptation so for you to be affected human being.

Sounds like an infection to me.Babies have such tiny tubes in there ears that any sinus problem can cause earaches and the symptoms described in her eyes. My son had the same signs when he was little and it was due to that. Get her to the doctors.

sounds like she has a cold. My baby was going through that same thing a few weeks ago and I thought she was probably teething but then she started snotting everywhere so it was just a cold and there really isn't anything you can give them for it so you just have to wait it out and keep a rag on her head.

If you can't get ahold of someone in the drs office you might want to take her to urgent care. She may be getting pink eye. Good luck!

When in doubt take her to the dr! Maybe shes just got a common cold, but dont risk it.
Take her in to the dr or at least call the office and speak to a nurse about your concern!
