go to the dollar store and get a straw basket and fill it with 4 bags of candy... now you have spent 5 bucks! It is winter so also buy a box of popcorn and a box of hot cocoa.
you are up to 7 bucks. go thru your old CDs and DVDs and burn off a few of your personal favorites! or just give 'em the originals! Make your own Holiday card....... mention a few of his/her best quality's and why you liked getting his or her name! and you are done...oh dont forget a BIG FAT ribbon!...10 ,12 dollars fun for you and not too cheap! But to really make their day: grab another friend and go over to his/her house and enjoy it with them

For boy or girl? For Girls you can buy stuff animals....they go ga ga for that ****.or any paris hilton crap....for boys....sunglasses...just give them the receiept if they don[t like it...25 bucks aint cheap..
