Even with the Ring, he'd still detect him with his Spider Sense.
And What power does Frodo have anyway?

Even if Frodo Baggins used the one ring, Peter "Spiderman" Parker takes this one. First of all Spiderman has the combat experience; Frodo might be older but Pete has been fighting superpowers since he was fifteen. Secondly the Spider-sense allows Petey to sense an invisible Frodo's attacks and avoid them. Thirdly Parker is faster, stronger and more agile then Baggins. I could go on but it seems clear that Peter "The Amazing Spectacular Spiderman" Parker wins.

Spiderman would win because Frodo wouldn't be able to harness the full power of the ring... he'd just go crazy.

Spider-Man... he has Spider Senses and friends on other planes of exsistence that could hunt down and pick on Frodo for getting their attention more then Spider-Man and getting easier to grab then Spider-Man.
If you don't know what I'm talking about,.. look up Madam Web and The Beyonder for a couple examples.
[I am assumeing Frodo has ended up in the Marvel Universe though]

If it was Frodo from the book he would kick Spidey's ***. But if it was Peter Jackson's Frodo he would probably scream like a little girl and run away.

Frodo, he would exasperate Spiderman to death. I loved the movies, but I just wanted to slap the taste out of Frodo's mouth for being so stupid and wishy washy.

Depends... if it's comic book spidey. then Spiderman. If it's tobey Maguire spiderman then i think he Frodo and Sam would enjoy a nice 3 way gay party. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
