Yes I get to smoke at my desk. But we are getting a new person in here so I hope they don't mind smoking. If they do, then they will have to learn how to do the job by theirself because I will be on smoke break most of the time.

Yes, unfortunately, since I'm a non-smoker. For awhile they only let people in private offices smoke- the others had to go outside, but that gradually changed and people smoke in the entire building now, sigh.

I last worked at a place that did business indoors and outdoors. We couldn't smoke inside but we could smoke while we worked and dealt with customers outside.

Not in the office, thank God. But you can smoke out in the warehouse or in the parking lot. I'm so glad because I'm the only one here that doesn't smoke and the smell makes me ill. My boss smokes but he will not light up in the office and Lord help you if you get caught doing it.

Not inside the building except in designated areas. But it's allowed outside most entrances.

Outside in the back in a designated smoking area. Thank God!!! If a customer comes in with one they don't say anything, but employees must use the designated area.

No. By law and working hazards, it is outside and not close to the doors/windows. If the weather is bad, the smokers pay us to stand close to the door.
The laws are changing though, they are making them even tighter.
