French Tips, they look so clean and neat, and feminine too. My guy friends can't stop looking at them.
For a do it yourself kit try Revlon.
For nail polish that lasts 7 to 10 days FOR REAL on ANYBODY, (this is the only thing that ever worked for my thin, soft, peeling nails), try Revlon Color Stay. (Sorry, not available yet in French Tip kit, but I keep asking them...)

Painted for sure...I can't remember the last time that I didn't either have my nails painted or had acrylics put on!!

painted, I live in the dessert its hard to make them look clean so I have to paint them, I also keep them really short because I play the guitar, my nails grow supper fast and its annoying.

I have French tips and my nails look immaculate....i prefer this look....i think painted nails can look slightly tarty sometimes.

As long as they are nicely manicured, it doesn't matter.
I typically don't pain mine because it doesn't last long before I've got it chipped. However, toenails should be painted if they are going to show.

yah i paint mine black but im not gothic it goes with everything and its the new fad
