What does this mean on an astro chart???

I recently did my astro chart online and it shows 6 rentrogrades on the left side of my chart. Can anyone tell me what that means?

its just the planetary movements,and how they aligned in your sign.you have your planets,houses,birth,all these are taken in to consideration on a chart.but to some its only an illusion.
