I like in Oklahoma and we just had quite a winter storm blow in and it's been two days and the apts. people have not cleared any snow or laid down rock salt anywhere. Some spots are very bad. Thanks God I live downstairs. So I have left a message and not heard back. Don't they have to take care of this type of stuff? How has your apartments handled winter weather?

They have to do whatever it takes to clean the ice and snow off the walks. It not only is a law but it also is required by the owners to avoid law suites.

If you slip and fall you can sue them. It is their responsability to keep the area safe at all times. Report them to the county
