1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box. once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area. You only see half of cards but you can still play. this also gets rid of the big ads

Change the screen resolution on your computer. I had the same problem and this fixed it. You can get to the resolution by hitting start, then control panel, then appearance and themes, then resolution. You need to higher resolution than you now have.

it might be becuz your screen resoultion is to big...try to make the screen smaller and see if that works.. it did for mine..
