I know you replaced the battery! OK, when they just click, it either the battery or starter most times. Make sure you battery cables are in good condition and the connections are clean. IF, you have a volt meter check the battery voltage (Car not running, which we can assume). If, it not 11-13 volts you may have got a bad battery. I have had this happen, but, only once, it can happen. Then if the battery OK, you may need to have the starter checked. We can get those bad too. I know it a lot of trouble but that just how it work. If, you get it running, check the Timing if it adjustable. It really seem the Battery as in die when it get cold. Another thing you may try putting the battery on a good Charger for 24 hours too, if, it was low when you buy it, sometimes they not get charged up good on the alternator. This all I know.

Okay...when you turn it over, it doesn't start and you hear a "click" while it's in park. Put it in neutral and try to start it.

If it still doesn't start, have someone try to give you a jumpstart when it is cold because the cold may be sapping the battery and it may not have enough amps to crank the engine over. (The battery has a CCA rating - Cold Cranking Amps).

For example, I bought a battery (the cheapest one for my car, but it wouldn't crank because the CCA was too low). But when I bought one with alot more amps, the car started fine.

Put a battery charger on it or use another car. When it's running, have someone check the alternator.

Did you bother to check and make sure you had antifreeze in it? If not you just turned your engine into a icicle. Either let it thaw or get a heating blanket and wrap around it.
