I'd look for a traditional brick and mortar bank (as someone else stated, the "big boys") that had a good online offering.

Wells Fargo
Bank of America
Washington Mutual

all have good online services and depending on what type of account you have with them offer free services such as free checks, free online billpay, etc.

Most local banks are now offering banking online. Start with a local bank, that way you will have quicker access to your money if you need cash.
They are also starting to offer bill pay services for free or a small fee, My bank started with a fee,but changed to free.
They get the bill.pay it from your account, the bill and payment are included in your monthly statement.
There used to be a free online bill pay service called "checkfree",but I don't know if it is still available since I haven't used it for awhile.

Depends on what you want them for. Deposits? Checking? Loans?
Wells Fargo, Bank of America. Stay with the "Big Boys"
