Ask my local Highschool or what? By they way I will be majoring in Digital Photography do art schools require the SAT's?

Before you write the SATs, you DEFINITELY need to learn how to use apostrophes properly!

"SAT's" = "SAT is"
"SATs" = "more than one SAT"

Because you made the same mistake several times, it indicates you don't know how to use punctuation properly.

Out of curiousity, I decided to find your answer. You can talk to your high school counsellor, or you can simply register online and find your nearest testing center. Either way you'll eventually have to register, so it might be easier to just do it yourself. The registration process is a pain in the butt and takes a long time!
