While vaginal flatulence is usually associated with sexual intercourse, it can happen in other activities. I wouldn't take this as a sign she is cheating on you.

Yes, that is just air...has nothing to do with having sex. Just simply the position she is in during sex that allows air in. This could happen in other ways also, I suppose.
