If it's skirt or no skirt, I'd go with the skirt. It's gonna be cold.

Is the skirt a heavy material, because if its light, its more likely to get blown about in the wind. I would suggest wearing thick tights and knee boots for extra warmth.

It's never too cold to wear a skirt! Team it with patterned tights and boots and you shouldn't feel the cold!

it's ok to wear a skirt, a long skirt with some nice boots would be better though for a cold day...try that and you'll be cute as well as warmer!!!!

No it isn't to cold for a skirt.
Knee length is perfect providing you were the skirt with at least 70 deiner tights (sujest that they be either black or white opaque).

SKIRT definitely a skirt. Females should be banned from wearing any type of trousers,pants , jeans etc
