Sure, why not. It probably wont re-charge though if the acid is gone, but the car should start. After the car starts, don't shut it off though unless you're gonna jump it again to restart it. If there was danger with the battery, it would've happened while the acid was leaking out. Already in the past.

You can safely jump it.

Hook the red cable up your car and the other car's positive terminals.

Hook the black cable up to the other car's negative terminal, then hook the black cable to a metal piece on your engine.

This is actually the way you should jump a car all the time.

No, i would not jump it due to the chance of the leaked acid leaving highly explosive hydrogen fumes. Especially since jumper cables tend to spark

no you can't becuase i think that idf the battery is cracked you won't be able to use it an you will have to get another one instead of tryin to start your car up with that what if you try to start your car an all of a sudden it catches on fire that would not be good because you could get hert okay! so i think you should just buy another one!

One or more of the cells are dry. Boosting it will only destroy your alternator or the one on the other car. Replace the battery.

I would get a new battery. Don't take any chances with that.

That battery will probably blow up if you try to jump it.

Get a new one. Sorry.

if you worried about it, just get a "friend" that you dont necessarily like too much to do it for you.
