Ok, in first year (UK), I was hated, so I made up quite a few storys to become friends with people. In second year people found out I lied, but where ok with it. Ok so usually my main friend is two faced, one half of the day he is my friend the next he hates me. Today and the past few days when Im hanging around with my other friends he suddenly comes up and explains about me laughing, picks out all the bad points about me and calls me names infront of them. They then usually go of with him. Why is he doing this! How can I get him to stop. I feel excluded when he does that. He makes my other friends feel stupid about me,and funny just last week he was my best mate. This time there seems no turning back though! HELP!

well that wasnt smart to lie. and i dont know why you would be friends with this person if hes doing this in the first place.... he obviously is a horrible friend. i say get new friends... dont tell me that hes the only person around there that you could be friends with!

Tell him that if he doesn't stop with making you feel like an outsider, you won't be his friend anymore. Also, find out why he is doing this two faced thing. He needs to learn that he can't go off and be your friend one minute, then hate you the next. Maybe you should hang out with him a little more too. He probably feels like an outsider when you hang out with other friends more than him. Share your time with all of your friends!!

Seriously, stop making stuff up when you meet people. And find a new set of friends. Start over. Be honest, start over. You'll be glad you did.
