I am working on statistics problems in Bioinformatics(microarray data)and i am not able to understand the meaning of Log ratio. Can you please explain.
If I am not in the correct place,, please suggest me a correct forum where I can post this question,

It looks like a way to deal with the liklihood ratio. Here's what I found by searching:
