Every time I open my PC on or off li a popo up from I nternet saying that a script has a word error on for example...page 7 line 3 word 6...would I like to continue...say no and delete, it returns and returns.
It cancels letters in the middle of composing, it interferes with everything.
Are they trying to tell me they own the world.

When it comes back, does it come back as a different page, line and word or the same one?

Ick... Microsoft.
My personal oppinions aside, here are a few tips:

Turn the script debugging off, it's what's popping up all the time. It should be under your Internet Options.

I would seriously like you to consider Firefox. It too has a Javascript debugger, but you have to turn it on.

Firefox is what finally got Microsoft to update Internet Explorer, and Firefox has won a lot of rewards. Why? Because it's amazing.

Free, fast, a mere 5 Mb download, Firefox will copy over your bookmarks and cookies, it blocks pop-ups automatically. It's phishing protection has been rated more effective than Internet Explorer's.

You can customize anything and everything in Firefox - how it looks (Themes), how it acts (Add-ons) - all free!

Imagine not only blocking pop-ups, but banner ads, iframe ads, flash ads. You can do it with one simple add-on - Adblock Plus.

Do you want to be able to pause your music player when someone calls without having to switch to your computer's music player? You can control it within Firefox - it's called FoxyTunes.

Anyways, I hope you find a solution to your problem.

the web browser shouldn't be running as soon as you turn it on.. it could be spyware.. try getting spybot or adaware to get rid of it..
