If it's renting a Townhouse/Townhome, then yes,.. I do,.. it's just a style of Apartment.
If it's renting to Own a House, then yes,.. they like to kick you out if you do the slightist thing on delay or wrong,.. and you come home to find all your possessions (or what hasn't been stolen) out on the street. I see that alot where I live. I bet they use the " Your check didn't clear fast enough / instantly" line.
