Click your name at the side of the screen (where you currently show as a grey head). This opens your My Q&A page, then click the edit my info hyperlink.
Next scroll down to the pictures section and click the option that says use my Yahoo avatar. Underneath is another hyperlink that says "edit my avatar". click this.

you can do your avatar or set up Yahoo 360 and use a different picture that you want.

go on your yahoo messenger and you can add your picture dress it up try to pick what you like it is called your avitar
