Try mycheckfree.com You will sign up and get your bills on line. They will send you an e-mail whenever you get a new bill. They do the billing for quite a few major companies. I pay my electric, cable, cell phone and credit card using them. It is safe and the money comes out of your checking account so you don't have to write checks. Your bills will arrive and you decide when you want to pay them. it's a great service and it is free.

Look on each bill you receive and see if they offer a service where they can email you a copy of your bill. Most offer it. However, not all will have a free service and may charge you, particularly with making payments online.

You have to set up something with each company if its available with them...I haven't heard of a company that will do that for you as a whole, but maybe a bank might offer something similar.
