Well, for one:

One is murder, another is rape, another is stealing, and another is illegally entering our country.

It's also illegal to drive faster than the speed limit, to cross the street on foot against the light, to copy songs from someone else's CDs for your own use, throw an apple core by the roadside.

Having a single similar characteristic doesn't make something identical.

I assume you're asking about the difference. Deference refers to allowing someone else to take charge.

The DIFFERENCE is that entering the country illegally is not doing physical harm to anyone. They are simply trying to better their lives.
