While I'm not sure if there are any proofs that he did anything at all, I am however convinced he did not molest. If an adult is becoming sexual with a child it is by law referred to as a "molestation" even if the sexual act was consensual. Media always refer to the legal terminology, conscious of the fact that the actual definition of 'molest' does not include consensual sexual activity since 'molestation' is an act against somebody's human rights and not something that's fun for everybody taking part in it.
