What she is doing is setting you up in a pack like mentality. She is attempting to be the alpha over you through intimidation and innuendo. Do not back down if she is your equal, if she has a position over you, then address it with her and if no equitable solution is found, document everything and set her up for a fall.
We work with all kinds of people and some people are a little nastier than others. Document everything and if push comes to shove, you have dates, times, what was said or implied. You then have more than enough ammunition to have her terminated and failing that, sue her *** off. Harassment takes on many forms as does bullying in the work place. Follow the steps.

If you are female, then a fight or talking it out will do. If you are male, then try and be friends with them and if not use your physical strength in non violent ways to subdue them.

but you have to give your boss the time and opportunity to deal with it before taking it to a higher level
depending on the nature of what's going on, you might file a suit later on......
