These are actually cities, not states. Anyhow, New york is too humid in the summer and freezin balls in the winter, but there is somthing magical about it. Los Angeles has nice weather but you cant enjoy it through the smog, plus,it is just plain ghetto.

First let me clarify that Los Angeles isn't a state lol. Then let me say I have been to both NYC (which I live near) and LA and to me NYC is 100 better. I have been to LA once and I don't ever need to go back again what a waist! :(
