Do some brainstorming on what you would really like to do. Research these careers online, and even make appointments with people to talk to them about their jobs, what they like about them and what they don't.

How long have you been working in customer phone service? In my experience, it's very stressful and has a very high turnover. I would be looking for something better, even considering getting a second degree.

Consider the job market in your area first. How easy is it to find a job? How are you being paid where you are and how long have you been there? Employers consider that. Some have the attitude that if you haven't made the job your leaving only one or two jobs you've had, you must be a "job hopper"; regardless,
does the company compensate you in pay for your tri-language skill? If they do, think harder--how well does this job help pay the bills? Have one conversation with your boss and see if they can compensate you for your tri- language skills. If not, wait until another job opens, even if it's in the same field, and move on. FYI: Places such as phone companies always need "another language" type person. Your tri-lingual skills would fit right in.

You need to look at your degree with an open mind. You don't have to have a job specifically for what you went to school for. The focus for you should be on the potential to move up in a company. If this is a dead end job then you might want to thing about finding something else. By any chance is one of your languages Spanish? If it is, there is a high demand for that in the south. Your mind is the only thing that is stopping you from getting something, that will create a better future for yourself.

I am unhappy where i work also, I just recently found another job and i am going to have to train all over again... But i realized being happy is more important. Also more experience somewhere else can get me to where i wanna be faster then staying at my current job (which is also a customer service, sales, switch bored type of job) so i say start looking for something else that might interest you just make up a resume that compliments you and start sending those things out sister, somethings bound to strike up!!!! Good Luck Hun!

You only have one job in life, even if employed several different places, and that is to find the best job you can. Have done that?
