+ my guess would be that you have a toilet seat from an old sailing ship.
They were called the head and they were mounted near the bow. These were for the convenience of the crew so that they would not have to be all of the way over the side in moderate weather, and have something to rest more than their legs against when they had to go.
So my guess is that you have a toilet seat mounted on your wall. The coolest part is that it is a double so it had to be a good sized ship with a good sized crew.
How Grand!!!

It appears to be a standard wooden plank; likely not too terribly old unless it was found in very, very cold waters (i.e. deep or far to the north). Based upon the uneven edges, it looks like what's happened is the knots in the wood have rotted out. I say this because it appears the edges of the "holes" follow precisely with the grain/pattern of the wood. It's also thin, so not strong enough to be part of a pillory or shackles. Neat piece of wood, but I don't think it's what you're hoping it is.

It looks like it comes from a boats insulation the holes where the windows go and the small hole where a pipe or vent would go. This material could also be none skid matting. Any way thats my best guess.

Not knowing the dimensions makes identifying it a problem. I have a device in my shop with a similar looking device affixed. It is a speaker box for the rear of a Camaro, and that looks like the cover.

I think it's a plank of a sank wooden ship, as you can see, instead of the two large, there's a small hole at the corner of the plank, it maybe a rivet hole, and the two large hole, perhaps for another two large rivet, you know, for large ship.

Looks like a plank with its knots knocked out. I doubt it was stocks, it isn't heavy enough.
