Hello. About 15 days ago, as I was driving home from work I began to get very naseus. For the following 10 days the nasuea became much worse (So bad some days that I had to force myself to eat anything), was accompanied by horrible cramps that resembled the ones I get right before my period, an increase in headaches, lower back pain, a little pain in my breasts, and constipation. All of these symptoms lasted until a couple of days ago. For the past 2 days I have been feeling considerably better with only a little naseua, craping and headaches.
My question is, if I really am pregnant, would these signs begin to lessen a bit as time went on. I am still waiting to take a home pregnancy test and will not be able to do so for about another week. (I have a very long cycle). I would only be about 3 weeks past conception if I am pregnant. What do you think? Is it possible that I am in fact pregnant, or do you think it was just a fluke that I had all of these symptons? Thanks!!

Go for a blood test, then you'll know for sure.

If you are pregnant, you would be rather early for symptoms. Most women have no symptoms before a positive pregnancy test result. Nausea can be caused by many things including a stomach bug, flu, etc while pain in breasts and cramps are also signs of impending menstrual period. The only really sure way to know is to test.

It could be either or really... if you think you are pregnant, your body plays tricks on you... and if you ARE pregnant, you feel these things... Only real way to tell is to take a test. Morning sickness is different for everyone, for me it went away at 13 weeks (and about the same for most people on my pregnancy boards), but for some it lasts the whole pregnancy... and for others, they don't get it at all. Best of luck to you!

That sounds exactly like me without the nausia. I never got sick to my stomach. But I had cramps like I was about to start my period and it never came but they stopped after about 2 weeks. I would get a pregnancy test but wait about a week or 2 to use it because your body needs to build up enough of the horomone to make it positive. I went through 8 tests(over a few weeks) before it was positive because I hadn't built up enough.

it i possible,. i would go ahead and test if you are over 14dpo.
but- i have tricked my self into believe i was pregnant about 6 times over the past year, every symptom from 3 weeks late, to throwing up , cramps, everything so it could all be in your mind the only way to know is to test!
