Can be 24/7 if I don't need to sleep, pee, and eat to survive, as I have been in IT field for coming 20 years now, so sitting before a computer for hours without moving is nothing to me. But in the later years, truly start to realize I tend to isolate myself from other people if I choose to socialize with my computer alone. :-P

I'm usually up between two thirty and 4am and I will turn it on until about 6am and then it's off until about 7pm and I usually have it on until maybe 730 or 8pm.
