Sometimes you need to run multiple Spyware programs to find it all. I use Adaware and Spybot and it seems to get them all.

prevention is the best cure, get a good antivirus,.. like Antivir, Nod32, Bitdefender and stop visiting those pornsites,.. thay are full of spywares

it looks like you were hit with some kind of spyware, you should try calling geek squad or something because stuff like that is hard to remove
