On the very top toolbar of the lift side of your monitor you will see "file", open and drop down to send and you will see "page by email, or "link my email". Use link by email. Then you will get a page open that will say "outlookexpress", with the link already installed in the text area. Now you want to place the email address to whom you wish this text to be sent.

Also above the link left click with your mouse and type in anything, ie., here is a link, or hi, etc. etc.

Then hit send. And above you see see a narrow long box appear and it will be "outlookexpress". If you have "OutlookExpress", installed correct the email will go out has you will see a "green line", running at the bottom of the box. Then will end and close.

In FF: File > Send Link

In IE: File > Send > Page

Or you can simply email him the URL.

You can either e-mail them just the link by selecting the url browser, copy it all, and paste it onto the page your e-mailing.
Or on most browsers/site you can click "FILE" up top and click e-mail web page.
But its better to e-mail the link. No lost data
