I got ecard from someone in another country i only get part of it
it says browser doesn't support java(tm)

Go to http://java.sun.com/javaee/downloads/index.jsp, click the button 'Download' against 'All contents of Java EE 5 SDK Update 1'. This will download J2SDK - install this.

J2SDK comes bundled with JRE - something that is required by your browser to open Java Applets... During the install, you will see a message that JRE is being installed... then you will be prompted to select the browsers which you want to link JRE with - select all the browsers you use and once the installation is complete (may require a reboot) you will be able to open the card.

u didnt mention the browser you were using try mozilla firefox its real a good browser and also try to install java runtime environment and see if it works

On Internet explorer .click tools.click Internet options click advanced scroll down to Microsoft vm. make sure java is checked! If not refer to what watcher advised..good luck!
