If you are asking how much a woman gains during pregnancy it depends. My wife shot up 50 lbs for the first. but eventually y lost it. I gained some during the third one about 20lbs.

i give birth every time I ejaculate. It amount of weight I lose varies, depending on how long its been and how much fluids I've been drinking. But yeah, every time I ejaculate, I'm giving birth to millions of babies.
