i think the reason why magneto never riped him off, megneto is a smart as*, he knows if metal is out of the wolverines body he(magneto) will never be able to control him, also it will increase wolverines chances to kill magneto.
I think magneto might have thought so.

Even if Wolvie survived getting his adamantium ripped out a second time and came back stronger, provided that Magneto has his powers of magnetism, it was established long ago that Magneto can control blood flow to the brain by controlling the hemoglobin molecules which contain iron.
The only way the Vision defeated Magneto that time was by using a form of 'mind control' of his own-- by going desolid and solidifying inside Magneto's court jester, just enough to control his actions. Once he knew that Magneto's hostages would revert to normal once his control was broken, he rabbit-punched Maggie from behind. He probably hasn't used that trick again due to sheer humiliation, but there's no reason why it wouldn't work.
Picture it: Wolverine sneaks up on Magneto (who can sense his presence, as the iron-carrying hemoglobin in his bloodstream passes through the Earth's magnetic field.) Wolverine is about to attack, but Magneto deprives his brain of oxygen by holding the hemoglobin back, and Wolvie falls asleeep. He can do this as many times as necessary until Logan gives up in disgust, or until Maggie loses patience and drags the unconscious Wolverine off and thrown him in a crematory while he is still unconscious.
Presto! No more Wolverine stories!

I have never reasd the comic in which Magneto did this to wolverine, but think about it.
Even if Magneto did rip out his skeleton. Wolverine will just heal and grow some bones, which will grow back stronger than they originally were. With no more metal skeleton, Magneto's *** is grass when the claws come out.

I'm not exactly sure but someone from school who's a big comic guy told me in like one of the last comics or something. Magneto actually tares the metal out slowly from Wolverine and tortures him.

he did once, he usually uses this to control him. In a what if he forced wolverine to kill himself with his own claws.
However wolverine would destroy magneto today as magneto has no powers and is just a regular human now.
wolverine might as well be fighting the milk man its the same thing.

For the same reason the villian never just kills the hero. It would be anti-climactic.
I mean really, if Magneto wanted to he could be unstopable. He could rip all the metals from ANYONE'S body, whenever he wanted. (Since as cdf-rom said it was established many years ago that Magneto can control even the iron in people's blood) So why doesn't he do this to anyone who stands up to him? Again because then there would be no one left and no story....

The good guys would still won. This is Marvel. Even the Sinister 6 could not stop Spider-Man. He could step in front of Venom and Magneto together or randomly, leap on a web swing, and let Dr. Doom make his powers fly at them. And then find a way to stop Doom. Stan Lee would find a way!

It happened! Wolvering still had claws which were all Bone! My son and I were discussing which X-man would fare better against Magneto. We think that NightCrawler's ability would make it very interesting.
