I would not rate her as a person because I do not know her as a person. I think the same could be said for most, if not all, of the people on this board.

As a person I would rate her about a 2. She has all the money in the world and all she can do is be a miserable human. She just waists space with her selfish antics. Probably not one thought of giving to others or helping others. And all she does is drag others down with her. She thinks she looks good but her inner ugliness shows through more then her supposed outer beauty.

I don't think anyone knows the person - Paris Hilton. We just know the wannabe - Paris Hilton who tries very hard, just like any of us.
As a person, I'd rate her 10/10 for trying hard to achieve her goals (irrespective of her never succeeding, atleast she tried!)
