a light on the front of it why the hell do you need a light on a vacs it's not as if ya going to do it in the dark now is it SO WHY THE LIGHT.

they put a light on the vacum so when you have to go in those "hard to reach places".. or under your bed you can see better....
I know i vacum during the day, but when i vaccum under the bed, or behind the couch etc... sometimes it is hard to see, so that's why they put a light. But hey, maybe some people do vacum at night! You never know?!?!

must be a boy racer vac with foglights probally also has a large subwoofer in the bag as well so u can annoy people indoors buy racing up and down the living room playing some rap music at high volume thinking u look the dogs nuts

Basically it is a waste of money and one more thing that can go wrong with it.....the bulb usually goes out. It really is of no use. I have never heard of anyone bending down to see with the light under a bed or any thing else for that matter.

It's so you can see into all the dark places right under your furniture at the back where you don't normally clean!

Maybe the manufacturers are thinking of how you are going to do the vacuuming in the dark if you have a power cut. ! ! !
