no it is not a website builder.. it is for socializing.. how ever.. some people do end up learning some basics of HTML codes I personal have learned and not just copy and paste every thing any more..
but i am also in the process of learning dream weaver as well.. just so i can do my own page and not have to have the advertising of the layout places..

Is myspace a website builder? umm ... nice question... the answer is no. You can not build your own website on myspace. You can make your own page though, actually, a couple of pages. :)

MySpace is a social networking site. You create your own page with information about you and whatnot and others can view it.
