Most OEM systems can run for 2 to 8 hours with enough juice to be able to start the car after depending on the condition of the battery and charging system. If you have aftermarket amps, that time will be much less. More like 1 to 2 hours.

Depends on the condition of the battery. Also the design of the radio, in other words how much current not voltage does it pull
from the electrical system. If you're running an amplifier and really pushing the system then it will last maybe a day. But if you're just listening at a normal level and the battery is fairly new maybe 2 days or a little more. If you're running an expensive sound system look into "Deep Cycle" batteries.

Quite a good time. The radio is solid state or in other words, it has no mechanical moving parts to operate which means it uses little power compared to a CD or tape deck.
The speakers use the most power so it depends on what sort of sound system you have. A powerful sound system with beat boxes and woofers use more power but a good size decent car battery will easily deal with it. If you run motorised devices such as tapes and CD that can burn more power but it depends on the quality of your car battery. If you have a low budget small battery it may not be good idea to run just radio longer than 3-4 hours and don't run lights at the same time.

I use a 19" tv with built in DVD player to watch 2 movies consecutively in my car lasting between 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours for months and never had an issue. I imagine playing just the radio would last all day.

Depends on your system. I would say a few hours. I would certainly get a "Jump Start" battery pack from Walmart. If your battery does die - then you won't have to find a jump. Saved me bunches of times.
