Definitely Crest White Strips. They work great and fast. you will see the difference in your face and not be able to put your finger on it. It Will be your pearly white smile.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Simply White. Just use as directed...it says to make sure your teeth are dry (use a towel). If they're not then the peroixde won't adhear to your teeth very well. You can also just use plain peroxide. Apply with a q-tip to dry teeth, leave your mouth open so your teeth get air for about 30 seconds. It works almost as well as Simply White and they're both fairly cheap methods as far as price goes.

There is a new toothpaste called Starbrite that they are selling in Victoria Secret stores. You might try that too.

my orthodontist told me crest white strips...I haven't tried anything yet though, I have to wait until I get my braces off-but I plan on buying them!
