Not only do you not have to delete cookies, there's really no point to it since the next time you visit that site, it will just give you cookies all over again. Cookies enable the siters you visit regularly to load faster. If you have been surfing the Net for a year or more, it mght be a good idea to clear out the accumulated cookies. Other than that, just forget about them since there's nothing you can do about them anyway.

Cookies are sent by sent by any web site you visit and are usualy harmless however some are known as tracking cookies and send back information about the sites you visit and that usualy results in loads of junk mail. Download a program called winspeedup its free and by a few simple keystrokes you can clear out the junk.I use a program called wincleaner oneclick this cleans out any surplus temporary files and registry junk , its well worth a try.

everyimte you visit any webpage it leave files on your computer behind.the files are useless and are called "temporary files" to erase them go to TOOLS then to INTERNET OPTIONS and click on delete history and cookies.or try this free pogram http://www.ccleaner.com/ its free i use it
